bio pract, we're observing fruit flies

so we hav a bottle of them and you just unplug it and they all come out and kill you, jk, we're susposed to stain a brush with ether, stick it into the bottle from the side let it vapourize inside and thus knocking all the files out, then we take them out and observe them and compare them with mutant specimens. then we quickly put them bak before they wake up and preventing us from doing it without them infesting the lab.

C-O-C, the ether group is explosive, at least tats wat the chem teacher said, but then they didn't give us a lighter

"After you are finished with the ether, please cap the bottles, or everyone would be taking a nap too(the ether is called Fly Nap -.-), and whether you would wake up after that, I don't know." - Ms Fong, Bio teacher
